Agreement to These Terms

By accessing plantrealm.com or purchasing from Plant Realm LLC (“Plant Realm,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

Eligibility — Adults 21+

Our products are tobacco products intended for adults 21 years of age or older. By using this site and placing an order, you represent that you are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase tobacco products in your jurisdiction. We use age verification and reserve the right to cancel any order where age cannot be reasonably verified.

Our Products

Plant Realm Mapacho products are classified as premium cigars and are sold in accordance with the laws applicable to premium cigars. Mapacho (Nicotiana rustica) is natural tobacco and contains nicotine. Our products are offered for traditional and ceremonial use and are not sold as medical treatments, dietary supplements, or smoking-cessation products.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order — including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or legal restrictions applicable to your delivery address. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full payment card details.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Details, timelines, and carrier terms are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier, except as otherwise described in that policy for damaged shipments.

All Sales Final — Returns

Unless discussed and approved with our team beforehand, all sales are final. Approved returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy and Refund Policy.
