What is Plant Realm?
Plant Realm is a US-based store devoted to one product: pure mapacho (Nicotiana rustica), the sacred tobacco of the Amazon — sourced with respect and intention from traditional growers in Peru and sold legally in the United States as premium cigars.
What makes you different from other sites that sell mapacho online?
Most other online mapacho sellers ship from outside the United States, or list their mapacho as “incense” or “not safe for human consumption.” In fairness, most of them do not treat the plant as a mere commodity — they respect it. But to get it to your door, they work around the law: overseas shipping, customs risk, and labels that say one thing while the product is meant for another.
Plant Realm doesn’t need workarounds. Our mapacho is classified as a premium cigar, so we sell it legally, label it honestly, and ship it domestically from Texas with adult-signature delivery — no customs, no gray areas, no mislabeled packages. The same sacred plant, treated with the same respect, sold the way US law actually allows.

Are your products safe to use?
All products are sourced from trusted, traditional partners. However, these items are not medical treatments and should be used with intention, respect, and personal responsibility.
If you have health conditions, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or on medication, consult a qualified professional before use.
Do you ship within the United States?
Yes — we ship to the following states: Indiana, Texas and Virginia.
Shipping is calculated at checkout and varies based on weight and destination.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not at this time. We currently serve U.S. customers only.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days.
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and mail carrier.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We do not offer exchanges or returns unless previously discussed and approved.

My package was damaged — what should I do?

Do you accept cancellations?
Cancellations can only be made before your order has shipped.
Once a shipping label is created, the order cannot be canceled.
How should I store my products?
Every order ships in a zip-locked bag with a Boveda two-way humidity pack already inside — the same pack that travels with the mapacho all the way from Peru. Keep it in that bag, sealed, in a cool, dark place, and it stays fresh for 2–3 months. Avoid refrigeration, which introduces condensation, and direct sunlight, which degrades the leaf.
How do you ensure quality and freshness before shipping?
Every order is frozen prior to packaging — a standard practice across the premium cigar trade — to eliminate any risk of tobacco beetles before your mapacho ever leaves Plano. Freshness protection starts even earlier: each order ships in a zip-locked bag with a Boveda two-way humidity pack that travels with the mapacho from Peru, keeping it fresh for 2–3 months in that same bag. The same standard applies to compliance: Plant Realm holds a TTB tobacco importer permit and is fully licensed to sell and ship in Texas, so every order moves through a process built to be compliant from sourcing through your doorstep — no shortcuts, at any step.
Are your products legal?
Yes — all products offered by Plant Realm are legal to sell and purchase in the United States.
We do not sell any controlled substances.
Is your Mapacho legal?
Yes — fully. Our Mapacho is classified as premium cigars, and we comply with all laws that apply to premium cigars. Premium cigars are legal to sell, purchase, and ship within the United States, and they are exempt from FDA oversight and the PACT Act.
Our Mapacho itself is pure Nicotiana rustica — no additives, no chemicals — sourced from trusted traditional growers in the Peruvian Amazon and sold only to adults 21 and over. Compliant end to end, from sourcing to your door.
Can I use these products during ceremony?
Yes — mapacho is traditionally used in ceremony.

Yes. We supply retail shops, online stores, and practitioners with the same small-batch Mapacho we sell directly.
